As a consumer I always expect to receive a great service from any business that I deal with. Who doesn’t like being impressed? It just makes my day happier to have a great interaction with someone who cares about my needs and really considers my opinion. It could be as simple and cliché as going to the grocery and asking the girl who works there where to find the oat meal alley and being answered with a nice smile. It works for me and I’m sure it works for all of us. Showing interest and having a great connection with a person makes you feel valuable and becomes an important factor for where you will do your business.
This chain of thoughts got me thinking about what I could do, as a founder of SnapGrab, to show you how much we care about the experience of each user part of our community. Our group came up with a few ideas who would possibly help you understand what really happens behind the scenes. As you probably know we launched our delivery service not too long ago and I guess it’s normal for a start-up app to have some small glitches to fix when you run your first versions. From my point of view the most important part is how fast it takes you to fix them. Despite the small technical issues we had to generate orders and train our new Grabbers, which is still one of our most important focus. We got a lot of feedback, and I’m truly thankful for all of you who took the time to answer our survey, because without your comments we wouldn’t be able to drive our business into the right direction. To give you an idea of how our daily routine is, we are preparing a couple of videos that will be out before the summer starts. But our main focus is and will always be: retaining our loyal users. Dear users, we took some notes and to provide you with a better experience we’ve done a couple of changes to our app. A couple of these changes will be part of the current update. First, we received many complains about our login. People are used to Facebook login these days, we knew it since day one, and it was just a matter of time to integrate it to our app. We’ve also included a mobile number verification system to avoid taping mistakes and make our Grabber’s life easier. Second, we’ve review our graphic design and brought a new style, who will make the Custom section of SnapGrab look more interesting. Nothing too fancy, but just enough to show some good looks out there, knowing we have a great audience to impress. Finally, we’re now officially announcing the menus section of SnapGrab, which will be called Browse in the app. This cool feature will allow you to shop and order directly thru SnapGrab without having either to move or call your local stores. Their most popular products will be showing up and will have their own room into SnapGrab’s market place called Browse. We wake up every morning with the true belief of being able to make a difference in your life, and create a tool to make it easier. With SnapGrab 1.5 we’re taking a step forward on our mission to become the most efficient way to connect you instantly with the product you want. Sincerely The SnapGrab team
